He has co-founded and led over a dozen media/technology start-ups / investments, notably Space.FM (music to mobile radio broadcasting), Zenosis plc (Cloud based Pharmaceutical & Biotech training regulatory certification system), Sportsunite (PRC/ Asian Sports Marketing Agency), SPTV, BantaTV (Social Broadcasting) and for the last six years, the development of a group of companies focused upon Over-The-Top & Virtual Advertising Broadcast Technologies in premium sports.

He co-founded music download pioneer Razorcuts in 1998 and mobile music and content group ePoss which was sold to First Data in 2005.
More recently he has specialized in turnarounds of mobile and digital platforms at ITV, Red Bull and Turner Sports and Ents amongst others and also key lead executive and advisor in virtual sports advertising business Supponor.

An extremely experienced broadcast and media professional, Laurence’s career has been spent in television sports production for broadcasters, agencies and at major sporting events.
He was recently a director of Skibbly Media Ltd, a boutique television sports production company, where he was responsible for overseeing production contracts, managing key clients, company strategy and business development for clients including UEFA, FIFA, NFL, IRB.
Laurence was previously Head of TV Content at TEAM Marketing and was responsible for managing broadcasters, suppliers, UEFA relationships and major projects.
He has a strong production background in live and non-live environments and has worked on two FIFA World Cups, six UEFA Champions League Finals and London 2012.

Darren has a strong technical and creative background and designed the existing technical infrastructure at ISG’s studios in Coventry. The facilities include five fully integrated edit suites, an EVS Server room, adjoining logging and ingest stations and a Master Control Room.
Darren is also a highly skilled and creative editor who learned his trade at Sky Sports where he was senior editor across their sporting output including Premier League football, UEFA Champions League and the Ryder Cup.
John is an experienced corporate finance professional, and assists the ISG Board with strategic and financing advice.
A Director of Arkios Corporate Finance, specialised in providing capital raising an M&A advice to corporates across the globe.
A Senior Partner at Bridge & York Capital Partners, a debt-advisory business that works with borrowers and institutional investors globally throughout a range of specialist technologies.
In addition, John has co-founded businesses, and sits on the Board of multiple client companies both in the UK (KareInn Ltd, Industrial Finance & Leasing), and the Middle East (Summit Global Support)
Media and data rights
Chris is an experienced senior executive who assists the ISG board on content rights and business development opportunities.
He specialises in the commercialisation of content around sport with a particular focus on data and the value it can drive in media and betting markets.
He was formerly Chief Executive of PA Sport, a global content business that was part of the Press Association, where he drove the growth of the company worldwide, setting up businesses in South East Asia, Australia, South Africa and North America.
He was also CEO of Supponor the world leader in virtual perimeter advertising at spots events. In 2008, Chris set up Sports Media Consulting working with federations and media companies, advising on media rights and strategy.
He is also a co-founder and director of The Content Factory, a specialist media and communications business.
Marc is a senior partner in a top 50 practice, Silver Levene LLP, with over 14 years’ experience in the sports, entertainment and media industry.
Marc specialises in working with owner managed business, and works closely with the Board of ISG in all financial and accounting issues.
Marc is very much hands on, whose skills include tax planning, corporate restructuring and advice around acquisitions and mergers.

Caterina Cameli is a skilled media professional with almost 10 years experience in the acquisition, marketing and distribution of international television rights and content around premium sport.
Former senior executive of leading companies of the Media & Broadcast industry such as Infront, LT Multimedia and Sportitalia, she has been responsible for the Italian football archive rights and for the launch, distribution and marketing of sports TV channels and innovative web TV formats.
Caterina has relevant knowledge of the international television market and hands-on experience of broadcast and post-production technologies around sport.

Antonella started her professional career in the television industry, dealing with the production, acquisition, distribution and dubbing of international TV content to the benefit of Italian broadcasters and digital platforms for a well established agency in Rome.
She knows the Italian and international television scene, and has significant experience in managing clients and projects in the international Broadcast & Media environment.

Fulvio is an experienced and creative graphic designer that has already gained significant experience in the production, implementation and live distribution of traditional and virtual TV graphics for international premium sports events.
With relevant knowledge also in the production & post production of original content around sports, Fulvio has lead the graphic department of Infront Italy for almost ten years and has worked with federations, clubs and broadcasters in the international sports industry.
Andrew is an highly experienced media lawyer, and assists the ISG Board on all legal and rights issues.
Andrew is a consultant at Couchmans LLP and was previously head of the sports law groups at DLA and Addleshaw Goddard and Director of Legal Affairs and Company Secretary at Newcastle United plc.
Originally a corporate lawyer, Andrew is now widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading sports lawyers/advisors, with significant experience in sports media rights, sponsorship, digital advertising, sports data rights and sports M&A.
In the last 24 months, Andrew has advised on deals with a value of approx. £400m.
